The Free/Trial Plan lets you create one project, bring in 5 users and keep up to 1GB of documents for 7 days. Every platform feature is open to you throughout that time.
With the Enterprise Plan, deals, users and document storage are all unlimited. Your projects also get personal white-glove support.
Yes, plans can be changed whenever you like. When you upgrade, the price is recalculated for the days left in your billing cycle, so you can settle on the data room cost that suits you.
Access does not stop right away. On the day it expires, we send a reminder so you can either renew the subscription or archive the project.
Fully. Security comes first for us, so your data is kept safe with encryption, malware protection and fine-grained access controls.
Yes, non-profit organizations and schools or universities can get special pricing. Reach out to our sales team for details.
After cancellation, we keep your data for a brief period in case you choose to come back. Once that period ends, the data is deleted permanently.
If you go over your storage limit, we will let you know. You can then move to a higher plan or remove files to make room.
